UPDATE ON DONATING GREETOING CARDS
Somehow, word has gotten out across the internet that we accept used greeting cards. While we appreciate the generosity, people are sending us packages and boxes full of cards from all across the country, and we are now OVERLOADED! We must ask everyone to STOP sending used greeting cards for the time being. We’ll update this page when we are in need again. Thank you.
Buying Our Greeting Cards
The Greeting Card cabinet is located in the main hallway upstairs at the Senior Center and cards are available to purchase any time the Senior Center is open (8am-4pm Monday through Friday). Select from many categories, including Anniversary, Birthday, Get Well, Holidays, Sympathy, and many more. Cards are just 50¢ each! Cash and checks accepted. Proceeds from the greeting cards goes directly toward funding the activities and programs we provide at the CAST Senior Center.
The Card Crafters
The CAST Senior Center has an enthusiastic group that creates our beautiful greeting cards from previously used cards. They meet every Monday morning from 9am-12pm. Newcomers are always welcome to join! No experience necessary. For more information, call the CAST office at 507-354-3212.
