About Lutheran Social Services Meals

We Take the Work Out of Eating Healthy.

LSS Meals offers delicious meal options that are available in many ways statewide.

Our meals are designed by a licensed, registered dietitian to ensure that they are healthy and nutritious. Adjusted meals are available for individuals with special dietary needs, such as those who are diabetic or require a controlled sodium, low fat or low cholesterol diet.

Our services support older adults to live healthier, more active and independent lives, and make eating fun and easy. We also serve individuals experiencing food insecurities or who need assistance with nutrition or dietary needs.

We offer LSS Bistro community dining sites and LSS Meals on Wheels in 163 communities in 39 Minnesota counties. Services vary by location. Our LSS Meals to Go shipment service is available statewide.

Sponsored by Lutheran Social Services of MN. Funded by the United Way of Brown County and the MN River Area Agency on Aging under the Title III-C of the Older Americans Act.
